🎮 We’re Hiring: General Manager (GM) – Gaming Startup
A new and ambitious Skill Games startup is looking for a hands-on, passionate General Manager to take the lead on building and scaling the company from the ground up.
If you live and breathe gaming, understand how traffic, operations, and performance marketing come together — this one’s for you.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and oversee the company’s daily operations, marketing, and product execution
- Work closely with the founder(s) to shape and grow the business
- Build and manage a small, agile team
- Drive traffic, user acquisition, and operational performance
- Develop partnerships with tech and business stakeholders
- Take full ownership of growth and profitability
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in the Gaming / iGaming / Skill Games industry – must
- Deep understanding of operations, traffic, and performance marketing
- B2B and/or B2C experience
- Hands-on “doer” mindset – not just strategy, but execution
- Excellent English
