Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management in Israel:

• Direct management and professional mentoring of the Project Managers team based in Israel.
• Full oversight of all company projects, ensuring achievement of targets, budgets, expansions, and timelines.
• Implementation of project management methodologies.
• Strengthening relationships with end customers and fostering ongoing business opportunities.

2. Oversight and Professional Guidance of International Projects:

• Monitoring the status of key projects carried out by subsidiaries and international projects managed from Israel.
• Coordination and support for local Project Managers abroad, including professional guidance, risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Consolidation and prioritization of project development requirements.
• Regular reporting to management on project progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

3. Continuous Improvement & Operational Innovation:

• Identifying bottlenecks and leading optimization of processes.
• Responsibility for developing and maintaining extended project Gantt/work plans.

4. Internal and International Interfaces:

• Ongoing collaboration with internal departments – Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Legal, etc.
• Cooperation with stakeholders abroad, including subsidiaries, partners, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in HLS, IT, or technology-based companies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team of project managers and leading cross-organizational processes.
• Proven experience managing international projects valued at $5–10M, with focus on territories such as Africa, Europe, and Asia.
• Experience with managing major subcontractors.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages – an advantage.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Familiarity with systems such as Priority, MS, and Office tools.
• Ability to travel abroad.
