Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator — AI Robotics Start-Up

A well-funded AI robotics start-up developing advanced hardware and software solutions is looking for a motivated B.A. graduate to join our growing team as an Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator- a role that will develop into an Operations & Supply Chain Manager position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Industrial Engineering or Business Administration graduate who’s eager to take ownership, learn fast, and grow within a global hi-tech company.

Candidates with 1-2 prior experience can be considered to start as as Operations & Supply Chain Manager.

🚀 What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in optimizing our end-to-end operations — from procurement and logistics to warehouse management and sales administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Procurement: Manage purchasing activities — source and qualify vendors, request quotations, and negotiate pricing.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Work with local and global subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Warehouse & Inventory: Oversee stock levels, ERP data accuracy, and supply planning.
• Logistics: Handle imports/exports, customs, and freight forwarding for international shipments.
• Sales Administration: Support customer RFQs, process orders, and prepare shipping/invoicing documentation.
• Finance Support: Track invoices and collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth payment cycles.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• B.A. in Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain — required
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain — advantage, not a must
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Priority ERP is a big plus
• High level English (mother-tongue level or equivalent) — required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving start-up environment
