Sales Associate (relocation)

A stable and successful company in the capital markets and trading industry is looking for a Sales Associate!

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Company offices are located in Tel Aviv, near the train station

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales calls with potential clients
• Identify customer needs and tailor suitable solutions
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Work with the Salesforce CRM system
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer engagement

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Sales professionals with experience in selling financial products (e.g., investment advisors, brokers, portfolio managers, or professionals from venture capital firms)
• Candidates with experience selling courses in the capital markets or real estate sectors
• Candidates with strong telemarketing skills, driven by performance and success

Requirements:

• Proven experience in phone-based sales — must
• Experience selling financial products/ capital markets services/ venture capital fund products / etc - huge advantage
• Confidence, high energy, sharp communication skills, and strong persuasive ability
• Self-discipline and a proactive approach
• High proficiency in Hebrew and English
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus after the training period — must
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Strong computer skills
