Cyber Security Consultant

A cybersecurity and information security company is looking for an information security and cybersecurity consultant.

Job Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in information security or IT, with a focus on security.

Proven experience in leading projects with clients – including writing, implementing, and supporting the project with all relevant parties.

Basic understanding of computer communications - 7-layer model (OSI), familiarity with common protocols, and the ability to understand network structures.

Practical knowledge in configuring firewalls and switches.

Experience in managing systems (Windows/Linux).

Experience in defining and managing endpoint protection systems, such as antivirus and EDR, etc.

Experience working with cloud services, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or others.

Advantages:

• Experience working with SIEM/log collection systems (SIEM, Syslog).

• Experience in network traffic analysis (Wireshark, TCP Dump, etc.).

• Experience with IDS/IPS systems.

• Familiarity with standards and regulations: NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, Privacy Protection Law, GDPR.

• Experience conducting risk assessments and working using recognized methodologies, such as NIST, OCTAVE, and others.

Writing and implementing:

• Work plans.

• Security policies and procedures.

• Risk management.

• Business continuity plans (BCP).
