Legal Analyst (Part-Time) - Law Student

Deepdub, a global leader in AI-powered dubbing and language technology, is looking for a talented Law Student to join our team as a Legal Analyst on a part-time basis. About the Role:

As a Legal Analyst, you will be a key part of our legal team, supporting contract drafting and review, corporate legal matters, compliance, and policy development. You will collaborate with internal teams across different disciplines to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks while contributing to exciting projects in AI and language technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (client agreements, vendor contracts, licensing agreements, etc.).
• Provide legal support for corporate transactions and general legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing company policies to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks and propose solutions.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law (minimum 3rd year preferred).
• Strong knowledge of contract law and intellectual property rights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
