Chayuta is hiring a PPC & Digital Media Manager
Full-time hybrid role based in Petah Tikva
We’re looking for a hands-on PPC professional to lead our paid media activity across multiple platforms, drive performance, and manage strategic media buying. This role combines data-driven decision-making with close collaboration with creative, content, and analytics teams, while working directly with suppliers and media partners.
Responsibilities:
•Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms – including planning, execution, optimization, and budget control.
•Ongoing performance analysis with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Hotjar, and more – delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
•Strategic media buying across portals, apps, content sites, and programmatic platforms, including negotiation, implementation, and performance monitoring.
•Build campaign timelines (Always On + launches) in collaboration with marketing, creative, and content teams.
•Coordinate with external suppliers (media companies, platform reps, publishers) and internal teams (content, design, analytics, CRM, etc.).
•Support funnel creation and digital customer journeys together with CRM and email marketing.
•Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audiences to maximize conversions.
•Track digital trends, platform updates, and identify opportunities for performance growth.
Requirements:
•2–3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn – must.
•Proven experience in digital media buying (portals, apps, native content) – must.
•Strong knowledge of analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Data Studio) – must.
•Familiarity with CRM / Marketing Automation – advantage.
•Solid understanding of marketing funnels, performance KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS), and basic BI.
•Analytical thinker with strong business acumen, attention to detail, and execution skills.
•Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
