We're seeking an experienced UX/UI Expert with a strong background in user research, usability testing, and cross-functional leadership.

 What You'll Do

Research & Discovery

• Lead qualitative and quantitative research processes to understand user needs, barriers, and behaviors
• Conduct usability tests, user interviews, and analyze usage data to generate actionable insights
• Identify usability issues and transform them into design opportunities

Strategic Design

• Transform complex business objectives into clear, practical, and inspiring experiential solutions
• Develop solutions, create prototypes, and lead user testing to validate concepts
• Influence product strategic direction through critical thinking, professional depth, and real-world insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, marketing, development, and data teams with a systemic perspective
• Drive initiatives and lead through excellent interpersonal communication
• Manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining clarity and focus

Innovation & Excellence

• Work within existing design systems while pushing boundaries
• Bring vision, curiosity, and original thinking combined with precision and prioritization
• Design for complex systems with attention to detail and user-centered approach

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 5+ years of UX experience with emphasis on user research, behavioral analysis, and leading cross-organizational processes
• Full mastery of design tools: Figma, prototyping tools, and research tools (quantitative and qualitative)
• Hands-on experience conducting usability tests, interviews, usage data analysis, and deriving actionable insights
• Proven track record working with development teams, product managers, and various stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead through influence
• Strong self-management and time management abilities, including handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Portfolio showcasing complete UX problem-solving processes – from identification to effectiveness validation
• Fluent English – for conducting user interviews and working with international teams

Strong Advantages
