Radar Algorithm Engineer :
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radar Algorithm Engineer to join our radar development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, simulation, and implementation of cutting-edge radar signal processing and tracking algorithms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop radar signal processing algorithms, including detection, estimation, localization, filtering, and tracking.
- Implement algorithms in simulation environments (e.g., MATLAB, Python) and support real-time implementation.
- Analyze radar data to assess algorithm performance and validate against system-level requirements.
- Collaborate with system engineers, hardware designers, and software developers to integrate algorithms into radar systems.
- Conduct performance trade-off studies and support system optimization efforts.
- Stay current with state-of-the-art developments in radar technology, signal processing, and machine learning techniques.
- Support lab and field testing for algorithm validation and refinement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in radar algorithm development or advanced signal processing.
- Strong proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python.
- Experience with real-time software development
- Solid understanding of radar principles, including FMCW
