We're looking for Business Project Manager for our Visual Intelligence Radar System at our Airborne Systems Division at ELTA.
The position includes:
- Leading the full lifecycle of a Visual Intelligence Radar project, covering development, production, and delivery
- Matrix management of a multidisciplinary team: system, hardware, software, mechanical engineers, and more
- Managing broad interfaces: coordinating subcontractors, maintaining ongoing communication with the client and the project’s prime contractor
- Overseeing work plans, risk management, procurement, supply chain, and project progress
- Meeting project targets in profitability, timeline, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- Academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Exact Sciences – required
- At least 3 years of experience in business project management or system engineering in a development program worth at least $10 million
- Proven experience working directly with clients in Israel and/or abroad – required
- Strong command of English – reading, writing, and speaking
- Background in radar systems – advantageous
