Project Quality Engineer

We're looking for a Quality Engineer to join our growing Projects Domain at our ELTA Division!

The Position includes:

• Quality and reliability engineering support throughout the full project lifecycle: from marketing and development through testing, delivery, and post-delivery support at the customer site
• Define and implement quality and reliability requirements for systems and subsystems, environmental conditions, and qualification processes
• Manage quality, reliability, and safety risks
• Prepare customer-facing delivery documentation and present to clients
• Perform statistical analyses for reliability calculations, maintainability, testability, safety design reviews, and field reliability assessments
• Collaborate with business, engineering, subcontractors, and customers
• Participate in internal and external design reviews
• Occasional international travel required

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Physics – required
• Experience preparing experimental test plans – required
• Strong analytical and technical skills – required
• High-level proficiency in reading and understanding technical standards, contracts, and documentation in English – required
• Willingness to travel abroad as needed
• Good English skills (reading, writing, speaking) – required
