High-Tech Commercial Lawyer

Join Our Legal Team:

We are looking for an in-house High-Tech Commercial lawyer to join our legal department.

A key role in a leading technology company!

Location: Petach Tikva (on-site).

Key Requirements:

• Provide business-oriented legal advice on a variety of legal matters.
• Negotiate, draft, and review a wide variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, collaboration agreements, and distribution agreements. and provide legal support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with management and various departments to provide professional legal and business guidance and advice.
• Advise on potential risks in contractual and legal areas and propose risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience at the technology, commercial department of top - tier law firm or as in-house legal counsel in a technology company.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements.
• Knowledge and experience in data privacy laws and related regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-focused advice.
• Excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of both legal and commercial implications of contract terms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with cross-functional teams, service-oriented.
• Native-level English proficiency.
