About The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Meeting Manager! You'll be the mastermind behind high-level corporate meetings and events, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. With a focus on relationship-building and creative problem-solving, you'll work closely with clients to bring their visions to life while managing a variety of exciting programs simultaneously. If you're ready to take your event planning skills to the next level, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

You're Good At

• Developing and executing captivating event programs from start to finish.
• Managing client communication and demonstrating top-notch problem-solving skills.
• Staying organized and meeting tight deadlines while juggling multiple tasks.
• Navigating budgets and vendor relationships like a pro.
• Providing exceptional on-site support and ensuring that every event runs smoothly.
  
  

You Might Also Have

• A bachelor's degree (preferably) in a related field.
• At least three years of experience in meeting or program planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
• A background in the travel industry with knowledge of both domestic and international destinations.
• Experience with Cvent or having a CMP certification would be a sweet bonus!

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Planner is between $57,000 - $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
