Utilizing the latest bells and whistles the tech industry offers, we use advanced machine learning algorithms and mathematical modeling techniques to analyze sports events such as Football, Basketball, Baseball, American Football, and more.
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst with a strong foundation in product analytics and project execution to support the development and optimization of our customer-facing and internal tools. This role will sit at the intersection of product leadership and data-driven decision-making, playing a critical role in analyzing user behavior, shaping product strategies, and ensuring cross-functional delivery of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Product Analytics & Monitoring
- Leverage tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms to track, measure, and report on customer engagement metrics and feature usage.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights for product and business teams.
- Define KPIs and monitor the health and success of new product initiatives post-launch.
- Design and execute cohort analyses, funnel tracking, segmentation, and retention analyses.
- Cross-Functional Communication
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Support product discovery and ideation processes by contributing data insights and user behavior findings.
- Customer-Centric Strategy Development
- Drive user research initiatives using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Synthesize user feedback with behavioral analytics to recommend product refinements and new features.
- Collaborate on product strategy presentations for executive stakeholders using visual tools and storytelling.
- 4+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or project analysis within a digital product environment.
- Demonstrated use of customer monitoring/analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, or equivalent.
- Experience working as or directly with product managers, product owners, or other product leaders.
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Metabase).
- Understanding of Agile or Lean product development methodologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—able to translate data into insights and narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience in the gaming and sports industries.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experiment design.
