Data Operations Specialist

We're looking for a Data Operations Specialist to join our Operations team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, flow, and impact of our data processes. This role connects business, product and other partners, combining problem-solving, automation, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Integrity & Optimization: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of data across systems. Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, validate datasets, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Technical Support & Analysis: Build and maintain simple automation scripts, work with SQL/databases, and debug issues. Identify recurring cases and develop technical solutions using automations or BI system queries. Provide first-level support for existing tools and escalate issues when necessary
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage/resolve tickets and workflows in Jira, collaborate across business, product and partners, and continuously improve data processes and efficiency.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field : e.g., Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with data processes, troubleshooting, and automation tools: experience in the ad-tech industry is an advantage
- Strong technical background with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Ability to analyze data, investigate bugs, and document findings clearly
- Hands-on experience with APIs, SQL/databases, and automation tools
- Experience with Jira (or similar ticketing/project management systems)
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, independence, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Availability to occasionally handle urgent issues outside regular hours, including weekends
