This is a hands-on leadership role focused on AI architecture, governance, and security, with responsibility for guiding enterprise success in AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and oversee AI architecture and security frameworks, standards, and governance.
• Lead design and delivery of secure, scalable AI solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Identify and mitigate risks in AI models, data pipelines, and MLOps processes.
• Partner with data science, engineering, and DevOps teams to embed security throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Evaluate and integrate AI security tools and technologies (e.g. Cranium, Noma, JFrog X-Ray, HiddenLayer, Darktrace).
• Monitor AI systems for emerging threats and report key risks and performance to senior leadership.
• Advocate AI architectural best practices, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT and business strategies.

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in a technical or business discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 15+ years in the security domain, including 5+ in architecture and 2+ in AI security.
• Expertise in AI/ML security design, policy development, and threat modeling.
• Proven experience securing AI solutions across Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in complex, global environments.
