CRM Manager – Dynamics 365 Expert

Zap Group is looking for a CRM Manager to lead our core business processes through the Dynamics 365 platform.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the company’s day-to-day operations, optimizing cross-company workflows, and ensuring our CRM systems directly support business growth and customer success.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of CRM professionals.
• Own and manage Dynamics 365 CRM – from development and upgrades to ongoing optimization.
• Drive cross-company business processes in Sales, Service, and Customer Experience.
• Design, automate, and optimize workflows using Power Automate & Power Platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales, Service, Finance, Operations) to turn organizational needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Ensure CRM reliability and efficiency as a foundation of the company’s business activity.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proven track record in leading business process–driven projects.
• Strong business orientation and ability to connect technology with business priorities.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
