Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Graphic Designer to prepare and finalize design files for digital and print production. You will work with Adobe Creative Suite to retouch images, create internal mockups, and ensure all materials meet technical specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with a solid understanding of production processes and excellent attention to detail.

What you will do:

Technical Preparation - Developing final design files and preparing them for specific output methods, such as digital publishing, printing, or online display.

Image Retouching - Refining and correcting images to meet quality standards and project specifications.

Software Proficiency - Utilizing specialized design and layout programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign to create and modify visuals.

Mockup Creation - Designing realistic visual representations of final products for internal review and approval processes.

Production Guidance - Providing technical advice to other designers and production teams to ensure the final product adheres to technical and production constraints.

Quality Control - Reviewing and inspecting design work to ensure it meets established quality standards.

Collaboration - Working closely with different teams inside the company, art directors, and other team members to understand project needs and translate them into technically sound visual solutions.

What you need to know:

Design Software - Proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite.

Production Knowledge - Understanding the technical requirements and constraints of various printing and digital publishing processes.

Attention to Detail - The ability to meticulously review designs and ensure technical accuracy.

Communication - Strong verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with clients and production teams.

Technical Understanding - Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.
