Your Role:

●    Lead and evolve COMPLEYES AI’s technical strategy, architecture, and scalability.

●    Drive innovation across current and upcoming product releases.

●    Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on roadmap and product direction.

●    Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization.

●    Integrate cutting-edge technologies to maintain a leadership edge.

You Bring:

●    Proven experience as a Tech Executive, Software Architect, or Full-Stack Lead in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.

●    Deep understanding of modern web technologies (React, Node.js, Python, or equivalent).

●    Experience designing and scaling cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

●    Strategic mindset combined with strong hands-on technical capability.

●    Passion for innovation, leadership, and scaling successful products.

●    Military tech-unit background is a plus (Unit 8200, Unit 81, Unit 9900, Mamram, etc.), demonstrating excellence in

execution and innovation.
