This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical-Troubleshooter who loves solving complex problems, whilst having unlimited learning and career development opportunities.

Position Overview

You’ll join a team of passionate techies, who love to solve complex technical problems for customers in the EMEA region.

There is no technical ceiling in this position, as you will have ownership of cases from beginning to working with software engineering teams to fix problems.

You’ll be responsible for acting as a Sr Customer Support Engineer/Technical Account Manager, where you’ll help solve problems, but also build strong relationships with customers to and put together pro-active troubleshooting plans to ensure their success with our clients product.

From time to time you may be asked to visit a customer site, but you’re expenses will be covered.

Key Skills

• You love troubleshooting. You’re a puzzle solver, who get’s a kick out of solving problems.
• You have excellent communication skills, able to speak with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong troubleshooting experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
• You have experience and an understanding of Networking concepts such as TCP/UDP, DNS, Subnet Masks etc…
• Experience working with a backup software solution such as Commvault, Veritas, Rubrik, Veeam or similar is a big bonus!
• You love to learn and work in an environment where Engineer’s help each other grow and learn
• You have a passion for providing outstanding service to customers, ensuring they have a great experience, regardless of the issues they’re facing.
• You can demonstrate a passion for learning and development
