Embedded Linux SW Team Leader

Experienced Embedded Linux Software Team Leader to drive the development of a modern platform for next-generation products, with strong hands-on experience in drivers, kernel, and BSP development.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the platform development while maintaining overall architecture and system integrity.
• Design and review complex technical solutions, including drivers, kernel, and BSP, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Collaborate closely with system and software architects to align development efforts with architectural goals and cross-functional requirements.
• Lead project planning, execution, and testing phases, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members, setting professional standards and fostering a high-performing team.
• Utilize modern technologies and advanced development methodologies to optimize processes and outputs.

• B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and leading software development teams.
• Strong proficiency in C and C++.
• Extensive experience in Embedded Linux, including drivers, kernel, and BSP development.
• Experience in building complex solutions and leading multiple developers.
