Job Description:

Full responsibility for the management, maintenance, and ongoing operation of applicative infrastructures in a Microsoft environment

Focus on IIS and SharePoint systems

Leading a technical team responsible for:

• System operations and monitoring
• Performing upgrades, migrations, and incident resolution
• Managing operations in complex, multi-server environments

The role combines:

• Managerial responsibility for team leadership
• Architectural planning of infrastructure solutions
• Strong hands-on involvement in applicative infrastructure tasks

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience as an infrastructure or applicative infrastructure engineer
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing technical teams
• At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft infrastructures in complex enterprise environments
• At least 4 years of experience managing IIS and SharePoint On-Premises infrastructures
• Proven experience maintaining and managing SharePoint farms (On-Premises and/or Online)
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, network communication, and web services
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with development methodologies and project lifecycle management, including version control and deployment across development, testing, and production environments
• Proven experience working in multi-server, enterprise-scale environments with multiple clients
