🌟 STARTICA is hiring - Senior AI Developer🌟

📍 Location: Ra'anana, hybrid | Full-Time Position

We are searching for an experienced Senior AI Developer to join to a growing team. If you are passionate about building scalable, production-grade Agentic AI systems - this role is for you!

📌 What You'll Do:

Design and deploy enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions and sophisticated AI Agents using frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.

Develop and optimize high-performance RAG systems (focusing on retrieval, evaluation, accuracy, and reliability).

📌 Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field - A must.

3+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated expertise in AI/ML - A must.

Python Development - A must.

Hands-on experience developing RAG systems (Vector Databases, embedding models, and retrieval strategies) - A must.
