System Integration Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a System Integration Engineer to lead the integration of complex, multidisciplinary systems across the full product lifecycle—from concept and architecture through development, validation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive integration and validation efforts across subsystems, ensuring compliance with functional and performance targets
• Support product lifecycle activities including reviews, design verification, system testing, and failure analysis
• Define test plans and key results according to standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Develop analysis and validation techniques that deliver accurate, predictable, and high-confidence results.
• Conduct lab testing for hardware, software, photonics, and algorithms.
• Develop and maintain automation processes.
• Define bench-level qualification and production-level test plans.
• Provide customer support and conduct associated feasibility studies.
• Manage, maintain, and verify the availability of test equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with running experiments in photonic lab.
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and experimentation.
• Experience with building lab automation (e.g. scripting, Python)
• Experience with RF equipment.
• Ability to effectively manage a volume of work across multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Demonstrates a high level of commitment and drive for excellence
• Strong attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Good English skills - Must.
