We are looking for an Innovation Programs Manager to join our growing team, in order to lead our programs targeted towards both startups and corporates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our programs: Quantum SPARK (our flagship program): A POC Runway Program running two cohorts per year, as well as the Innovation Champions Program (CHAMP- An internal innovation management program designed for our partners’ executives, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and mindset to become innovation champions), and other initiatives as needed.
• Program Management: Plan schedules and curricula, and maintain relationships with startups, corporates, mentors, and other stakeholders.
• Startup Scouting: Working with the team to attract and screen relevant startups for the programs.
• Mentor Management: Recruit mentors and maintain ongoing relationships with the mentor community.
• Collaboration Building: Form partnerships to add value to program participants.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver exceptional experiences to founders, mentors, partners, investors, and other program stakeholders.
• Logistics & Operations: Handle year-round logistics, operations, administration, scheduling, calendar management, and event planning.

The successful candidate is/has:

• Team player with a dynamic personality and natural charisma.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accelerator or a similar organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Experienced presenter with the ability to craft compelling presentations and engage audiences.
• Excellent networking skills, able to attract both internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic technical understanding and orientation.
• Experience in community management.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Highly organized, with a passion for hands-on work and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to identify relevant content topics for program sessions and proactively reach out to suitable speakers, mentors, and experts.
