Production Engineer to Startup company in TLV

We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and experienced Production Engineer to join our growing engineering team!

In this role, you’ll be the critical bridge between R&D and manufacturing, driving scalability, quality, and continuous improvement across our production lines.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.

• Provide hands-on technical support for assembly, integration, and testing on the production floor.

• Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) from prototype to mass production.

• Work closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and CM/ODM partners to ensure smooth manufacturability.

• Apply Lean / Kaizen methodologies to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce costs.

• Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and production documentation.

• Provide DFM/DFA feedback and drive design improvements for scalable production.

What You Bring:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).

• 5+ years of experience in production, process, or manufacturing engineering.

• Strong background in plastic injection molding, PCB assembly (SMT), wiring harnesses, and system integration.

• Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks / AutoCAD) and ERP/MRP systems.

• Familiarity with quality and compliance standards (ISO9001, CE, UL, RoHS).

• Analytical thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

• Experience in high-volume electronics or electro-mechanical manufacturing.

• Background in supplier management and global contract manufacturing.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma principles.
