We are looking for a Junior Developer to join our growing team in order to design and develop smart internal systems and tools that support our innovation activities.

Role Description

This position is tailored for Computer Science or Software Engineering students (who are able to work full-time) or recent graduates who are passionate about technology, innovation, and the startup ecosystem.

You will be responsible for hands-on development of internal tools and platforms that help streamline and automate Quantum Hub’s operations and innovation processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain internal systems, including AI agents, chatbots, and automation tools.

Build and manage custom platforms and websites aligned with organizational goals.

Collaborate with innovation and business teams to develop creative, AI-driven solutions.

Scout and explore the Israeli startup ecosystem to identify and bring new technologies to Quantum Hub and its partners.

Participate in meetings with startups and industry partners to provide technical assessments and insights.

The successful candidate is/has:

Academic background:

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields.

Required Skills:

• Practical knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, PHP, or similar).
• Familiarity with backend development (Python, Node.js, or similar).
• Experience with workflow and automation tools (Make.com, n8n, Zapier, etc.).
• Familiarity with developer productivity or AI platforms (Cursor, Claude Code, Base44, or similar).

Preferred / Advantageous:

• Interest or experience in AI technologies (e.g., machine learning models, AI agents, automation).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or frameworks, from academic, personal, or professional projects.
