About the Role: This position blends sales operations management and campaign planning with the leadership of strategic projects within the general insurance unit. The Head of Agent Network Operations acts as a central link between senior management, field agents, and headquarters teams. driving cross-organizational initiatives, improving processes, and energizing the agent network to achieve ambitious goals.

What you’ll do?

· Lead and implement cross-functional projects from planning to execution.

· Design, execute, and manage sales programs, campaigns, and incentive plans for agents and distribution channels.

· Prepare materials for management discussions, conduct business analyses, and support decision-making processes.

· Identify operational bottlenecks and lead solutions to improve efficiency and performance.

· Contribute to strategic thinking, develop new initiatives, and drive commercial actions.

· Enhance workflows, monitor implementation of management decisions, and track progress against targets.

· Collaborate closely with various departments across the organization, including Sales, IT, Marketing, Underwriting, Customer Service, and Operations.

What are we looking for?

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in cross-organizational project management or strategic headquarters roles

· Proven experience working with senior management, including preparing materials for executive discussions, data analysis, and driving decisions

· High proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, complex analyses, report building); advantage for experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

· Experience in managing or leading complex business processes across multiple interfaces

· Relevant academic background – Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or other analytical fields; Master’s degree is an advantage

· Advantage for experience in insurance, financial services, or strategic consulting
