Senior Applied Scientist (NLP/GenAI)

Remote position

A global technology company is looking for an experienced Applied Scientist to join its Support Tools Development team – a cross-functional group building advanced solutions for customer support, including chat systems, operational tools for agents, self-service, and automation.

In this role, you’ll work closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and analysts. You will take full ownership of Data Science projects with significant business impact – from ideation, through development and deployment, to continuous maintenance.

Example projects

• Building Copilot tools for support agents and AI assistants for customers using state-of-the-art GenAI.
• Tackling large-scale ML and optimization problems.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI solutions with measurable business impact.
• Deep knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI, and a strong statistical background.
• Hands-on experience with production-level ML solutions, including real-time apps and large-scale deployments.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams solving complex technical challenges.
