Junior Technical Project Manager

PlainID, a leading startup in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) space, is seeking a skilled Jira Administrator for a part-time Junior TPM role. In this position, you will drive release processes, coordinate multiple teams, and maintain Jira systems. What will you do?

• Jira and Confluence Admin
• Build and execute efficiently release deployments including release notes
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly
• Own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
• Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross-functional execution of program deliverables
• Run dailies, status meeting, deployments, Go-No Go

Requirements:

• Working with AI tools like Cursor, Copilot Agent or Claude code - must
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer engineering
• Experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management
• Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
• Proven track record of Agile methodology preferred TDD/BDD
• Experience with Atlassian and JIRA administration
• Proficiency in English
• CI/CD processes to a SAAS multi-tenancy systems - Advantage

This position is a part time position (Sunday to Thursday between 10:00-15:00).
