Security Compliance Officer

A leading high-tech company is seeking a Security Compliance Officer to support the organization’s compliance, governance, and risk management efforts.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented, organized individuals who are eager to grow in the world of Compliance and GRC.

The position involves close collaboration with the Information Security, IT, Legal, and Operations teams, with the goal of strengthening the company’s compliance with security standards, supporting certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), and promoting a culture of security and organizational accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs according to international standards.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external audits (including evidence collection and gap tracking).
• Maintain up-to-date policy documents, procedures, and certifications.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure proper implementation across the organization.
• Assist with vendor risk management and third-party compliance reviews.
• Support responses to RFI/RFPs with accurate compliance information.
• Lead training sessions and awareness initiatives on information security and privacy.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Legal, HR, and Operations teams.
• Track and report on compliance activities, risks, and KPIs on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, information security, or risk management (preferably in a SaaS environment).
• Proven experience in supporting audit and certification processes (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Familiarity with GRC systems for managing regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with high attention to detail.
• High level of English – both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
