What you’ll do?

· Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the insurance, investment, and credit sectors.

· Prepare detailed analytical reports and present findings to senior management.

· Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making (including valuations, project feasibility assessments, and ROI calculations).

· Monitor and analyze market trends and economic indicators.

· Evaluate investment opportunities and assist in shaping strategy and risk management.

· Build business plans, operational work plans, and measure performance against budget.

· Analyze compensation models.

What are we looking for?

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; Master's degree – an advantage

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role within the financial sector

· Advantage for graduates of the Economic Department at one of the Big 4 firms

· In-depth knowledge of the insurance, investment, and credit industries

· Proficiency in advanced analytical tools; AI experience – an advantage

· Proven ability to develop complex financial models
