What You’ll Do: As the Head of AI & Co-Founder, you’ll lead the development of our AI-driven product, focusing on computer vision and machine learning. Your work will directly impact our core offering, and you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life. 

Responsibilities

Model Development: Design, develop, and train state-of-the-art machine learning models to extract facial features with high accuracy and efficiency.

• Optimization: Optimize models for both mobile and server-side inference, ensuring scalability, performance, and low latency.

• Data Strategy: Oversee data labeling pipelines, ensuring high-quality datasets, and drive model evaluation to maintain top-tier performance.

• Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align AI development with company goals, while mentoring and growing our AI team.

• Strategic Vision: As a co-founder, contribute to the company’s technical roadmap, product strategy, and long-term vision.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a hands-on, innovative leader with a deep passion for AI and a track record of delivering impactful solutions.

Qualifications

 Advanced proficiency in machine learning and computer vision, with experience in designing and training models for real-world applications.

• Strong knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar, and familiarity with model optimization techniques (e.g., quantization, pruning).

• Experience with data labeling workflows, dataset curation, and model evaluation metrics.

• Leadership Skills:

• Proven ability to lead complex AI projects from ideation to deployment.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience:

• 5+ years in machine learning, computer vision, or related fields, with a preference for candidates with a data science background.

• Experience in optimizing models for mobile or edge devices is a strong plus.

• Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience is highly desirable, but not required.
