Contaqt, a rapidly growing software company based in Tampa, Florida, is looking for a professional bookkeeper to handle both financial and administrative tasks

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank and credit cards accounts.
• Invoice and charge customers and keep communication with them regarding their balances and payments.
• Make bank payments to our suppliers in time.
• Make payments and send reports to governmental authorities.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle other administrative and office management tasks.
  
  

Requirements

• Relevant education (university degree or professional courses) is a must.
• 2+ years of proven bookkeeping experience is a must.
• 2+ years of experience in international companies.
• Proven experience in working with multi-currency environment.
• Priority software user skills is a must.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English.
• Strong in-person, phone and written customer communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritize workload
