Programmatic Media Buyer – XML & RTB

Top Solutions Media LTD is a fast-growing digital media company specializing in programmatic advertising and traffic monetization.

Role Description:

We are looking for a skilled Programmatic Media Buyer to manage and optimize our XML and RTB operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Adkernel and a deep understanding of programmatic ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage XML and RTB campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Optimize performance metrics (ROI, eCPA, CTR).
• Identify high-value traffic sources and block underperforming ones.
• Work closely with traffic providers and technology partners.
• Generate performance reports and insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Adkernel or similar ad-tech platforms.
• Strong understanding of RTB, SSP, DSP.
• Analytical mindset and strong data skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Adsterra, Adcash, or other ad networks.
• Background in traffic arbitrage and media buying.
