Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation & Integration Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects in a manufacturing environment. The role involves managing timelines and budgets, aligning business needs with system capabilities, working with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering), overseeing data migration, testing, go-live activities, and driving seamless integration with other enterprise systems (MES, PLM, CRM, Finance).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading ERP implementation or migration projects
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in a multidisciplinary environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Priority, Costpoint)
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
• BSc in Information Systems, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience with cross-system and cross-module integration
• PMP or similar certification – advantage
• Experience in defense/aerospace and knowledge of ITAR – advantage
