Responsibilities:
Build smart and scalable data models for analysis.
Create advanced, interactive dashboards in Tableau to deliver actionable insights.
Work directly with business stakeholders: gather requirements, understand needs, and define solutions.
Develop semantic layers to streamline and optimize BI processes.
Collaborate closely with development teams, analysts, and project managers.
Requirements
Tableau: 4+ years of hands-on experience, including building advanced and interactive dashboards.
BI/DWH: 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.
SQL: Excellent command of SQL, including complex queries, optimization, and working with large-scale databases.
Business stakeholder engagement: Strong ability to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate them into technical solutions for development teams.
Semantic layers: Experience in developing intelligent data models and creating semantic layers to support reports and dashboards.
Analytical skills: Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, generate business insights, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Independence & ownership: Ability to lead and manage end-to-end data projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and delivery.
