About Us

Gornitzky GNY, one of Israel’s largest and leading law firms, is seeking two associates to join its growing Tech and Life Sciences Practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise, draft, and negotiate commercial, AI development and licensing agreements for tech and life science based companies
• Handle financing rounds and mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on cross-border M&A
• Provide ongoing legal counsel to local and international high-tech companies across a wide range of matters

We are looking for associates with excellent professional judgment, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple matters and applying creative problem-solving.

Requirements

• LL.B. from a leading academic institution
• 3-5 years of experience (preference for directly relevant experience)
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English; native-level proficiency is an advantage
