Joining us as an Assistant Controller means becoming the right hand of the CFO - a role that blends accounting depth with business exposure and cross-border complexity. 

You’ll be part of a core, trusted team where precision, responsibility, and curiosity truly matter. 

What You Will Do 

• Take ownership of monthly and yearly closings, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting. 
• Prepare and analyze management reports: P&L, cash flow, and budget vs. actuals. 
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. 
• Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors in Israel and abroad. 
• Drive improvements and automation across financial operations. 
• Manage AP/AR, supplier invoices, employee expenses, and payment cycles. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting – mandatory. 
• Big-4-background Whether you’re completing your internship or already transitioned to industry, we’d love to hear from you. 
• Strong analytical and Excel skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset. 
• Excellent English (spoken and written). 
• Hands-on, precise, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic multi-entity environment. 

Nice to Have 

• 1–3 years of experience post-internship – strong advantage. 
• Experience in real estate, services, or multinational companies. 
• Familiarity with intercompany reporting, budget and cash flow modeling, or ERP systems. 
• Curiosity and ability to translate numbers into meaningful insights.
