Compliance Officer

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to strengthen our regulatory function across the iGaming, Marketing, and Fintech sectors, based in Cyprus. This key role ensures our operations remain fully compliant with legal, licensing, and responsible gaming requirements across multiple jurisdictions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies, supporting market entry, license maintenance, and internal compliance frameworks.

📍 Location: Cyprus (on-site, full-time, Monday–Friday)

Relocation: Full relocation support provided — we’ll help you move to Cyprus from day one, including a relocation package to make your transition smooth and stress-free

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions
• Support license applications and market entry processes
• Manage communication with regulatory bodies
• Assist with AML/CTF and due diligence procedures
• Maintain and update internal compliance frameworks and policies
• Provide guidance to internal teams on regulatory obligations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or operational roles (iGaming experience preferred)
• Solid understanding of multi-jurisdictional regulation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Degree in Law, Business, or Finance (certifications such as ICA/CAMS are an advantage)
