We’re hiring: Android Tech Lead

Join a leading software division developing tactical-level solutions for the IDF Ground Forces.

We’re working with a variety of Android-based devices - from modern “Oler” systems and Samsung mobility devices (S11) to legacy platforms (Android 3).

Our team is expanding rapidly, and we’re now building the second of three development teams, each composed of five talented engineers.

We’re seeking a seasoned Android Tech Lead to provide technical leadership, in-depth expertise, and mentorship to our expanding team.

 What you’ll do

• Lead and guide Android development teams working on mission-critical tactical solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize apps for a range of Android devices (modern and legacy).
• Drive code quality, architecture, and best practices across teams.
• Collaborate closely with system engineers and operational teams to deliver robust, reliable software in challenging environments.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience in Android development (Kotlin/Java).
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Security clearance level 3 will be required (can start before clearance is approved).
