Financial Controller

Home365 is a Technology, Real Estate, & Property Management company that is revolutionizing the property management industry. We manage thousands of rental properties across the US using technology developed by our own software engineers, making us one of the largest scatter site property management companies in the US and definitely the fastest growing.

We are looking for a talented Controller to join our finance team.

This is a hybrid role based in Ramat Gan (minimum 3 days per week in the office).

What You’ll Do

Financial Reporting:

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.

Consolidate financial statements for the Group, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.

Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

Review and check monthly reconciliations.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.

Tax Compliance:

Oversee tax compliance for Group subsidiaries.

Manage tax audits and assessments.

What We’re Looking For-

CPA with Big 4 experience (Manager level or equivalent) OR 1–2 years of relevant outside experience.

At least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

Fluent English (written and spoken).

Experience with financial reporting systems (QuickBooks a plus).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

High motivation and ability to learn independently.
