As a Senior Travel Agent, you will
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients over the phone
- Provide expert travel advice tailored to client needs and preferences
- Ensure all travel arrangements align with the client's company travel policy
- Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional service and support
- Stay informed about global travel trends, destinations, and regulations
- Extensive international travel consulting experience
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage complex travel itineraries and resolve issues efficiently
- Familiarity with corporate travel policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
