Role Description

We seek an experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our Product team. Our documentation is vital for customer enablement and success. We value customer obsession, initiative, ownership, and a solutions-oriented attitude. You'll collaborate with Product, R&D, and Customer Success to deliver clear, accurate content, helping enterprise customers leverage our platform. You will own the documentation for our core Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) solution and other products. You'll thrive in our fast-paced startup, shaping technical communication best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product documentation across multiple formats, including user guides, API references, release notes, and onboarding content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, clarify complex concepts, and transform them into clear, actionable information.
• Ensure documentation quality by managing review cycles, verifying technical accuracy, and aligning deliverables with product milestones.
• Enhance usability through precise microcopy and thoughtful UI text reviews.
• Gain deep product knowledge by participating in demos, reviewing new features, and engaging in installation and configuration sessions.
• Adopt and advocate structured authoring practices 
• Own documentation projects end to end, from planning and drafting to approval and publication, while balancing multiple deliverables.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience as a Technical Writer in a B2B or SaaS environment within enterprise software.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into content that is clear, concise, and engaging for diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in structured authoring tools and formats such as XML, HTML, or equivalent.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid, fact-paced work environment
• Customer-obsessed mindset, with a strong commitment to clarity, usability, and user success.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and sense of ownership, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken English and proficiency in Hebrew.
