About the Role

As our in-house Legal Counsel, you have transactions or financing experience at a solid law firm and are now ready to make an impact and take ownership of deals. You feel comfortable working with in-house and external counsel on various legal matters and love taking initiative. You are looking for a significant opportunity to grow professionally. With us, this will mean taking on big-ticket financing deals from A to Z—from the NDA until the deal closes. You will engage in cross-border deals, collaborate with external counsel from all over the globe, and be part of a growing global legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with various stakeholders/departments on a broad range of legal contracts, including complex financing transactions (cross-border), partnerships, and investment agreements
• Handle legal matters in other related fields like securities law, corporate governance, and financing regulation
• Draft, review, negotiate and close commercial contracts, including service agreements and related documents with partners, resellers, and vendors
• Interface with and manage support from foreign legal counsels
• Manage all labor law-related matters for the local Tel Aviv office

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a licensed attorney
• Legal experience in financing transactions, funds formation, or M&A transactions
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent English (written and verbal)
