Join Our Team as a System Architect at DRS RADA Technologies!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Service calls and RMA processes ,systems and tools
- Define and manage Service’s KPI’s
- Coordinate company’s resources for achieving SLA commitments
- Manage sales administration activities
- 3 years of relevant experience (RMA, SLAs, Service) with complex hardware products
- Experience as a large programs ILS program manager
- Experience from defense companies – advantage
- A team player and great communicator, comfortable working with multiple interfaces simultaneously.
- Knowledge in providing technical support and product maintenance life-cycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of English verbal and written
