We are looking for a Commercial specialist that will support the Commercial Director in a variety of matters related to the trades within the business unit. Identify shared interfaces within the trades and promote standardization in work processes. Act as the primary point of contact for trades on a range of topics, including operational procedures, professional inquiries, and technical issues that affect all trades.

Ownership of the new system vision and roadmap

Leading the strategic direction of the system by defining its long-term vision and aligning it with business goals. This includes gathering feedback from all stakeholders, identifying user needs, prioritizing new capabilities, and ensuring the system remains scalable, relevant, and user-friendly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Alignment

Leading collaboration between all functions, Operation / BU’s / Logistic and Cargo Flow, to ensure clear communication and alignment. This involves translating business needs into actionable requirements, coordinating inputs across teams, and enabling effective cooperation to support development and adoption

Define The Requirements And Prioritization

Leading the ongoing management of the product backlog by working closely with GenAI and IT teams to define requirements and prioritize development work. This includes evaluating business impact, supporting agile processes, and ensuring timely delivery of quality solutions that meet user expectations.

Leading Global Rollouts and CS Change Management

Leading the implementation of system for operation / BU’s / Line managers, ensuring smooth implementation and high adoption rates.

Requirements:

We are looking for:

• Academic education in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in operations / logistic / line management.
• Proven ability to work in complex environments and influence without authority.
• Experience in translating complex operational needs into clear business requirements.
• Experience working closely with IT teams, developers, and analysts, to bring business requirement to technical domains.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize, structure, and simplify.
• Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking).
