Ww are hiring Lab Manager and Signal Processing Verification Lead to establish a new team in a classified, high-tech environment. This is a key role in projects with direct impact on national security.
Role Description
- Manage and operate 4 advanced RF and signal processing labs
- Design and run complex test setups, perform system verification
- Analyze results and identify issues with R&D teams
- Manage lab infrastructure: equipment, computing, procurement
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Operate and maintain diverse test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
Requirements
- B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering
- Graduate of an IDF technological unit
- Strong technical leadership, independence, and proactive mindset
- Experience with computing systems and engineering applications
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills across multiple interfaces
- Familiarity with RF test equipment
