Ww are hiring Lab Manager and Signal Processing Verification Lead to establish a new team in a classified, high-tech environment. This is a key role in projects with direct impact on national security.

Role Description

• Manage and operate 4 advanced RF and signal processing labs
• Design and run complex test setups, perform system verification
• Analyze results and identify issues with R&D teams
• Manage lab infrastructure: equipment, computing, procurement
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Operate and maintain diverse test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.)

Requirements

• B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering
• Graduate of an IDF technological unit
• Strong technical leadership, independence, and proactive mindset
• Experience with computing systems and engineering applications
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills across multiple interfaces
• Familiarity with RF test equipment
