Product Manager

We are Twee, a fast-growing EdTech startup building an AI-powered language learning platform already used by hundreds of thousands of teachers and students worldwide.

Our mission is to transform the way languages are taught and learned, empowering teachers and students with AI to make learning faster, smarter, and more personal. We are an experienced team with a successful track record, our previous startup had a successful exit, and we are now aiming even higher with Twee.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help take our platform to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full product lifecycle: from idea to release
• Build and maintain the product roadmap
• Generate, validate, and prioritize hypotheses
• Analyze key metrics (retention, engagement, product-market fit, etc.)
• Collect and process feedback from teachers and students
• Optimize user journeys (CJM, user flows)
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and analysts
• Participate in UX research and A/B testing
• Monitor the market and competitors to identify growth opportunities
• Write and maintain product documentation, acting as the bridge between teams
• Design interfaces in Figma for web and mobile (iOS, Android)
• Develop prototypes and user scenarios

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager (preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or AI projects)
• Ability to clearly define priorities and tasks
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Understanding of UX/UI design and development processes
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Figma and other tools (Slack, Jira, Confluence)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI interaction

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML or language learning platforms
• Track record of launching web or mobile products
• UX research skills (JTBD, user studies, usability testing)
• Knowledge of the education market and teachers’ needs
