Project Manager – Digital (Financial Sector)
A leading financial organization is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead end-to-end digital initiatives. This role requires strong ownership of business processes, hands-on management of project lifecycles, and the ability to bridge business needs with technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage digital business processes from concept to implementation
- Collect requirements, analyze needs, and create detailed specifications
- Define and design UX/UI interfaces, including supplier management
- Conduct business QA testing to ensure successful delivery
- Plan project scope, timelines, and milestones, ensuring on-time delivery
- Collaborate closely with development and testing teams
- Manage external suppliers with focus on customer experience and user interface
- Oversee organizational implementation, including training and internal/external launch
- Monitor project performance and provide analysis for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - Must
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital projects - Must
- Experience in the financial sector – Must
- Hands-on experience with UX/UI definition and design - Must
- Demonstrated success in leading and implementing new systems within organizations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results under pressure
- High-level English proficiency – advantage
